Volant Volunteer Fire Company holds a buckwheat pancake and sausage day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday.

The all-you-can-eat meal is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors, $5 for ages 6 to 12, and free for ages 5 and younger. Regular pancakes will also be served.
