Sharon Police arrested Roy A. Dulaney, 50, of 511 Dickens Place, Sharon, was charged Dec. 18 with two counts of theft. He was arrested at his home on sunday afternoon and arraigned Sunday by District Judge Ronald E. Antos, Farrell. He was released after posting bond.

Dulaney’s preliminary hearing was set for 2:15 p.m. Jan. 13.

Police Said Between July 2006 and November Dulaney made 283 unauthorized cash withdrawals totaling $115,599, and accrued $835 in ATM fees, some of those fees at casinos in Wheeling West Virginia and other locations.

According to tother reports, Dulaneu said he had a gambling problem.
